Muffie
and her brother

were all set to open their Christmas gifts.
Bunky, shown holding a red car,
went first and unwrapped
a box full of toy cars!
Excited about Christmas, Nancy Ann Muffie
had secretly slept in her new floral dress
from Aunt Sue
That morning all she she had to do
was pin the pink bow in place.
Mother handed her a Hallmark box to open
"Turn the crank round and round," said Mother
and music began to play.
Soon a snowman popped up
and scared Muffie half to death!
But soon she loved her gift
and cranked it over and over
just to hear the song and watch
the snowman pop!
Cousin
Alex Alexander had
wished for
Play Doh and Santa left enough
for all to share. (Thanks Sharon)
The
wallpaper was peeling
and money was scarce,
but the kids enjoyed
the best Christmas ever!
AND speaking of snowmen...

in her wonderful brand new
