A barbecue at night is best when you can hear the ocean and see

 the Harbor Lights!

Jill is putting away Dad's lawn equipment.

She mowed at dusk and is now free to go out for the evening.

The push mower is great exercise!

My Merry seed is the secret to a great lawn!

Dad bought this boat for the backyard so Ginny could play and pretend.

( Thanks Dad...and play I did )

Strung vintage blonde Ginny is in charge of the tea for ice-tea!

These vintage plastic tea set pieces were made by Allied.

Later My Merry sold them in royal blue as part of a Skipper closet.

Ginny is a big Crayola fan!

Above you can see her toy plane and brown bear

Muffie walker is original and made by Nancy Ann Storybook.

She is in charge of finding Dad when the burgers and dogs look ready.

Renwal radio is playing soothing music. The thermos is Re-ment.

Watermelon slice, hot dog, and lobster are Dolly Foods.

My Merry pool with adorable beach decorations from Sandi!

The rotisserie grill is fabulous and made of metal much like Watko,

(The white smears are from my flash).

I am guessing it is from in the 60's and was probably made for

 Barbie.

It stands on 3 steel angled legs,

two wheels on the bottom left legs and a

 single wheel on the right,

just the way grills were made back then.

It came with metal tongs and a crispy chicken that can be rotated.

Inside the grill there is red paper that simulates burning red coals!

The blue hot dog holder, flat hot dogs, and Scotch Kooler are by My Merry.

Can you tell Diggety the dog is not so fond of lobster?

Thanks for sharing these summer memories

with Ginny, Muffie, and me!
