 Madame Alexander Wendi-kins

wears a tagged Alexander outfit,

 dress, panties and pinafore.

Her cap and vinyl shoes have been added.

Wendy will be happy to give you  a tour of the hospital

and you are invited to accompany  Ginger 

as she is X-rayed one last time

 by nurse, Muffie RN

 This may be Ginger's final day at Blair if her

x-rays and tests are positive.

(Very hectic day for the nurses 

who are doing inventory of all supplies!)

Have a seat please. 

The X-Ray lab will be open 

 as soon as Dr. Kildare finishes his rounds.

 Wendy would like to offer you a magazine 

or story to read while you are waiting.

The staff thought Ginger might like medical valentines

 from her all her nurses and friends !

Would you like to sign your name to one? 

Ginger will be dearly missed 

but she has been a brave patient!

Ok...on to X-ray!

Welcome to the X-Ray lab.  As you can see on the wall,

 Muffie has x-rayed Ginger from head to toe! 

The films show no sign of fractures .

This is very encouraging news. 

The radiologist will be very pleased.

Muffie has one last picture to take 

and she will prepare the machines

 after she shows you the films below.

Nurse Muffie RN wanted you to take a closer look at  the knee, leg,

 and hand films   

before she removes them from the table 

There are X-ray goggles  and 

extra film (far left) if needed. 

Muffie will now load fresh film and turn on the X-ray lighting.

 The X-ray light is on! Muffie will clear the table 

and prep Ginger for her very last film! 

Ginger is ready and unafraid as X-rays don't hurt!

(Sadly, Ginger lost her right leg when a 

milk truck crashed into Mom's T-Bird. )

Luckily no one else was hurt and her remaining leg has healed nicely.

(Maybe one day seat belts will be installed for passengers?)

Would you please hit the overhead light switch? 

The X-raying will be begin.

If Ginger remains very still,

she will get to play with the 

white toy ambulance later!

Deep breath... Click! All done and the lights are switched back on!

 Brenda Casey, the radiologist, (and sister of Ben), 

reads the films and concurs. These tests look super !

Ginger is returned to her room.
