Before Ginny began to decorate for her Valentine party, 

the room, looked pretty much like the photo above. 

The red corduroy couch is a rare sectional made by Hall's Lifetime Toys 

in the mid fifties. Couch was made in Tennessee.

Ginny decorated her retro stereo and the tunes keep coming.

This piece was made in the 60's and it plays one song.

Ginny enjoys chess also! Chatty Cathy by Hallmark speaks!

 wearing another of Sue Johnson's hankie creations.

I added the vintage bag and a red bow.

Sharon made the darling Valentine bag.

 She sells them on this web site.

Above I have added the face of a 1953 African American Ginny just for comparison. (I do not own this doll shown here).

Aren't the AA repros just as stunning, or am I missing something?
